The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. "Arrogantly shabby", situated on a quiet street right around the corner from the 'creek' where most enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and floating! Restaurants, shopping, and of course 1 mile to the beach! Coined W&D on site. Jasmine is located in the downstairs of the cottage. One bedroom featuring a queen bed and full bed. Bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Kitchen and living combo. Screened in porch and private fenced in area with table umbrella and chairs.

Creekfront Studio

Creekfront Studio is tucked away on Pawleys Creek. Rental includes beach chairs, single kayaks, beach cruiser bikes, stand-up paddle boards, dock access, crabbing traps/equipment, and more. Located in the heart of Pawleys Island mainland across from the Pawleys Island Chapel, you'll be only minutes from the beach, many wonderful shops, golf courses, and amazing restaurants. Creekfront Studio is best suited for two guests. Perfect for a long weekend or couples retreat.

It's only a 2-minute walk to both Chive Blossom and Frank’s Restaurant, two of the area’s best culinary delights! We are very close to the Hammock Shops, which is the area's best place for shopping. Rent bicycles for a quick ride over to the beach!

The condo sleeps 6 (1 King, 2 full, and a queen pull out couch). Relax on the front porch in one of the rockers, or enjoy listening to the rain on the screened-in back porch. *Motorcycles are not allowed on property.

Peaceful Pawleys Plantation Getaway

Located in the beautiful and peaceful Pawleys Plantation Golf and Country Club community. This is a lovely renovated second floor unit directly across from the community pool. It’s a short drive to the pristine beaches of Pawleys Island as well as many wonderful restaurants and shops. Motor homes and motorcycles are not permitted.
