Lower Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water . Ten minutes drive into Falmouth Town centre, and to swimmimg beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a small private sunny garden. The house is a 1940s semi detached property,by no means perfect,but has character, comfortable & private. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access to guests.
