Grandma's House on Broad Street

We offer a spacious and comfy entire first floor home with many amenities to accommodate large families. We are located walking distance to downtown Grove City and Grove City College. There is a fenced in back yard with new lawn furniture, a grill, and fire pit for your enjoyment. We are a short drive to GC Premium Outlets, I-79, and I-80. Our goal is to make this your home away from home and as comfortable as Grandma’s House. There is a separate upstairs 3bdrm unit available also if needed.

Spring is the perfect season to enjoy the serene environment of the retreat. The view of the farm fields and valley are coming alive! Relax in the hottub and an occasional siting of a soaring eagle is quite possible. Our newly remodeled home is located at the top corner of our ‘working’ farm.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The living room offers an electric fireplace and cozy furnishings. There is dedicated workspace complete with desk and plush chair for those who may need to work from home. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, refrigerator and a coffee/tea bar. The peaceful bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed as well as an armoire for your wardrobe. The bath has a walk in shower and a laundry facility. An extra bed can be added for children.

If you're looking for a peaceful place in the country this is it.a seperate carriage house at the far end of 15 acres with walking trails through the woods or sit on the deck & read a book. Visit the barn to see the horses or watch our 3 black labs play in the field. A few minutes drive is moraine state park rent a bike or kayak on the lake. McConnells mills is close by to hike or have a picnic. 20 minutes to the outlets for shopping.

One mile from Grove City College and 6 miles from Grove City outlets. This spacious home is on the outskirts of town with a quiet backyard and fire pit with firewood provided!!
