An incredible 2 single-family houses at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountains, just 7 km. from the beach. The village is located close to the Obzor and Byala resorts, but is quiet and peaceful, suitable for families and friends who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The surrounding trails and forests offer opportunities for walks and silence. Access to both cities by car is quick, only about 10-12 minutes.

Villa Xenia is well equipped with everything you could need to feel home from home...Byala is a lovely gem of a place it still has a village charm but is up and coming with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars lining the Main Street leading to the beach.
