Coin-operated washer and dryer are shared with other units. The Strand is an Oceanside attraction with parks, beach access, bonfires, swing sets, and food stands. Downtown Oceanside is less than a mile away from the house and is surrounded by great restaurants and events. Every Thursday there is a farmer's market and night market with food and live music downtown. Our sea-side neighborhood is Oceanside’s most beloved area due to it’s relaxing and laid back vibe and it’s countless local restaurants, breweries, and cafes, many of which are within walking distance of our apartment. Mornings in South Oceanside begin with ocean air & locally roasted coffee, as surfers paddle out & early risers stroll the beach. By midday, bikes cruise past murals, sandy feet wander into local shops, & the scent of tacos & wood-fired pizza drifts from favorite spots. As the sun dips low, evening beach walks capture the easy rhythm of South O life, where the day winds down with good food, good company & a craft beer or two — all part of the effortless charm this neighborhood is known for.

This highly upgraded 1400 sqft unit, is 8-min walk to beach/restaurants.  2-master suites, A/C, full kitchen, pivate double garage/patio , 4-bch bikes/chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. .  Height chair, pack/play on request.   Queen bed in one master, and two queens in the second. FYI, fireplaces are turned off due to safty issues with past renters. This is the top floor of a duplex, and I try to keep a peaceful environment, so please do not book if your group is on the loud side.

Visit picturesque Fallbrook with us at The Nest: Our warm, country farmhouse includes a large one bedroom and one bathroom, an oversized living room with a pull out bed and a kitchenette that includes a microwave, toaster oven and small refrigerator (no oven). There is 650 square foot space with a private entrance, parking, and balcony with beautiful views. We are in the country side, . The Nest is located north of Interstate 76 and Mission road; 16 miles to the Oceanside beach.

This studio includes two queen beds, a sitting area, dinette, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a kitchenette. You can watch the waves, the sunsets, or the surfers right outside your front door.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are close to many amenities such as Legoland, SD Animal Park, Wave Waterpark, beaches and much more. We are within walking distance to shopping and a few restaurants as well. Our community features a large swimming pool, spa, fire pits, BBQ areas, putting green, gym, community room with large screen TV and many walking trails that go through out the Shadowridge area.
