Our architect designed, garden roof cabin was built in 2020 to take in views across they valley to knocklofty. North facing the sun warms this house with the passive solar design maintaining a steady temperature. To complement this there is a wood fire for grey days and a sliding door and bifold windows for hot ones. Ply lining and exposed rafters give the house a cabin feel creating a retreat feeling. Different outdoor spaces provide great options to soak in the sun and neighbourhood.

The Shoemaker's Cottage

The Shoemaker's Cottage has been designed to provide intimate luxury in the heart of Richmond. Built in 1852, this self contained retreat boasts a modern, comfortable interior for a special stay. It is located only a short walk from the historic Richmond Bridge and the many other attractions, cafes and shops in the township. From here you can also access the many Coal River Valley attractions, together with stunning East Coast, Tasman Peninsula and Midland 'Convict Trail' day drives.

The Church in Richmond

The sandstone Church is located in the centre of Richmond Village. Constructed in 1873 it now has a new life, converted to luxury accommodation. The modern interior with its mezzanine bedroom loft, warm underfloor heating through out and comfy sofa area. A perfect getaway space for two in the heart of the little village with an easy walk to the bridge, prison and cafes. Richmond is 20minutes from Hobart and the airport and surrounded by many wineries

Bellerive Bluff Design Apartment

This is a purpose built apartment, cosy and warm in winter and cool in summer. Located on Historic Bellerive Bluff, with filtered views of the Derwent River, Bellerive Beach and picturesque surroundings. A two minute walk to Blundstone Arena, the Boardwalk and Bellerive Beach. Easy access to Bellerive Village for shops, restaurants and cafes. Transport options include buses, taxis, ferry or uber. Alternatively 7km drive to the city centre of Hobart.

Pinot Cottage- Vineyard escape

The cottage is just under 100 square meters with a mezzanine master bedroom and open plan living. It is set among the vines of Charles Reuben Estate in a quiet and secluded area with full kitchen, wood heater and spa. Charles Reuben Estate is also a vineyard, distillery and lavender farm. Our boutique farm products are readily available for purchase - wine, specialty spirits and various lavender items. Tours and visits can be arranged.

Hobart CBD , Salamanca Markets, restaurants and entertainment areas are all within a 15 min drive.
