Very high ceilings, lots of light and quiet. Separated by a semi-private courtyard (shared with one neighbor) from one of the main streets running the length of the Marais, steps away from the cafés, restaurants, shops and markets of the rue de Bretagne, the Carreaux de Temple and the public garden of the Square du Temple.

The apartment is on the ground floor making it easy access, it still has great daylight all day due to it's many windows. Great for couples, families or groups of friends. Not good for events or parties.

Charmant Loft de 50m2 dans le Paris bouillonnant du 11ème mais niché dans une impasse calme et fleurie avec le seul chant des oiseaux ! Petit havre de paix, refait à neuf, tout équipé, dans une rue commerçante entourée de bars cosy et proximité des métros Parmentier ( 3)Rue Saint Maur (3)et Ménilmontant (2) Pas ouvert aux locations avec enfants ni adolescents à cause d un escalier sans garde-corps.

L’idée pour la construction de cet appartement est basé sur le principe écologique et la meilleure qualité possible. Pour la santé et au bien-être de ses occupants. Les matériaux utilisés sont naturels, bois, métal, laine de bois pour l’isolation et peintures biologiques. Une partie des matériaux ont été récupèré et restauré, les poutres en chêne, les portes et les radiateurs entre autres.
