This room is in an historic pub, known as the Bucks Head Tavern. It is self-catering accommodation. It's semi rural only 10 minutes from central Greymouth but has space to walk, bike, and swim on its doorstep. 11 kilometres from Blackball, gateway to NZ's newest Great Walk, the Paparoa Great Walk and Cycle Trail. We are not flash but what we lack in "modern" we make up for in character. Our family lives near-by and it is highly likely that we may have dogs on the premises.

Mackenzie Motels Backpackers Accommodation

This is not an ensuite room. Shared bathroom block outside to the right of the rooms. Park right in front of your door. Pull the curtain for absolute privacy and blackout sleeping. Spotless cleaning, kitchenette, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi. Not much sound-proofing in the room but it is safe, warm, clean, and at a value price for the area.
