High Country Cabin is a stylishly decorated cabin in the heart of the Southern Alps on the South Island of New Zealand. Inspired by the Backcountry huts throughout the area, it provides a rustic country-style experience. Situated 15 minutes outside of Twizel in the heart of the Mackenzie, it has direct access to all of the natural amenities that the area is world famous for including snow sports, mountaineering, hiking & tramping, mountain-biking, hunting & fishing among many other activities.

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Some highlights include relaxing in our private hot tub watching the sun set, strolls along the banks of the Heathcote river, and afternoon gelato just around the corner. Book your relaxing get away in our close to town rural setting poolhouse. A high end, contemporary Poolhouse detached from our family home. You can enjoy your very own space on our lifestyle property. Soak in the hot tub and watch the sunset on your very own private deck. There is NO Kitchen provided in the unit and there is no guest access to the swimming pool. We have a friendly golden retriever named 'Goldie.' The Nest at Hurunui Jacks (outdoor bath & firepit)

So much more than a place to sleep - toast marshmallows around a private fire, take a bike on the West Coast Wilderness trail, kayak on our little lake! The Nest is a stand alone self contained unit with outdoor bath/shower, close to but separate from the main house. Set on 15 acres of private land, Hurunui Jacks has the Nest and a glamping tent nestled in beautiful West Coast native bush. A small private lake, historic water race & the Kaniere River are on your doorstep.

Te Ara Cottage Tranquil Retreat

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has a gas cooker, bbq set, microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey.

Super chill little Retro Hut, so cute! Independent, self sufficient, private. Double Bed (snug) above the cab and a single bed downstairs. Spring water plumbed in and mains power and heater. Pots and pans etc and board games to play. Super funky toilet block and spacious shower room just a short walk away on lush lawns. Gorgeous rural outlook. Ocean 1min drive away. Akaroa 20mins. No WiFi but excellent coverage on Spark network, average on Vodafone.
