The yard is kid-and-pet friendly, have some fun with a putt of mini golf on the fake turf area and let your dog roam around the gardens. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. But it’s just a short walk down the street to Inverloch's great pubs, cafes and restaurants if you want to venture out! The bathroom is modern and features a large bath, and the beds are comfy and made with fresh linen.

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!

The floorplan has worked well for many of our guests who have commented on how practical and functional the house is. We are only a 2 minute drive from the town and surf beach in a lovely no through road . Free Wi Fi/ High Speed Internet . Free Steaming services.
