Nautico is a bright and comfortable bolt-hole in peaceful Carbis Bay - yet just a 5 minute drive (or a 40 minute walk along the coast path) to the bustling harbour town & artist haven of St Ives. This self-contained annex forms part of my bungalow, but enjoys its own private entrance which allows guests complete freedom to come and go as they please. With wide golden sands, Carbis Bay beach has a Blue Flag Award for water quality (2025), a Seaside Award & can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Our Cornish townhouse is set over 3 levels with a full kitchen, dining area, balcony and top floor lounge and three generous bedrooms.
