This home features a large flat yard and a sandy beach for outdoor fun on 100 ft of beautiful lakeshore. Be ready to enjoy the lake all day! Overnight guests are limited to 12 adults. Douglas county allows double that number during the day for your outdoor summer activities, but twelve guests age 6 and older is the max for overnight guests!

Wake up to gorgeous sunrises on beautiful Lake Louise! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, loft, living area, kitchen, deck, fire pit, and dock. Please note, there is an additional fee per person, per night for more than two adults. On the reservation page, inputting two people gives you the base price. Inputting 3, 4, or 5 will reflect the price with the additional fees. The maximum number of guests I am licensed for is five. That is why you see five in other areas listing capacity.

Close to the bike trails, beaches, mini-golf, etc.

We are perfectly located on Lake Charley, and only minutes from biking/walking trails, Brophy Park, Carlos Creek Winery and much more!
