Nicholas Everitt Park & the marina are located just outside the park where you can find boat hire, cafes & children's play park ,tennis courts and mini zoo. There are also a number of bars & restaurants within walking distance. On site there is a bar, restaurant, pool & sauna.

Crown Cove House is a newly refurbished annexe in historic beachfront detached Victorian home, just 50m from the beach, tennis courts, Kensington Gardens and a lovely beach cafe. - Murphy Bed - 50” smart tv with Netflix, Disney Plus etc. - outdoor area with bistro table - Newly fitted kitchen & bathroom Suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 small children. No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.
