Dunsandle Cottage is a beautifully restored 200-year-old Irish farmhouse, stylish, eco-conscious, and full of character. Nestled in the East Galway countryside, it's your perfect base for exploring the West of Ireland: just 25 minutes from Galway City, and equal distance from Connemara and the Cliffs of Moher. The Lodge

Welcome to our luxurious lodge nestled in the West of Ireland where you can relax and unwind in total luxury, enjoy peaceful country walks and yet in 20 minutes you can be in the heart of Galway city where there are numerous restaurants, lively bars and magical street entertainers. Travel time from Shannon and Knock international airports is approximately 1hour. The fantastic Atlantic way is on our door step, with the Cliffs of Moher, Aran Islands and Connemara just a short drive away.

Eco-renovated stone barn

Beautiful timber/stone barn c200 yrs old renovated in 2015 to a high standard, set on an organically/permaculture inspired smallholding in countryside close to historic town Athenry. Featuring a large double bedroom with 4 poster bed, a sleeping loft, suitable for children/young adults. Fully fitted Kitchen. Contemporary Shower room with Compost Toilet. We have a wood-fired sauna and cold shower spa area available for guests on one* night of your stay, subject availablity/arangement.

Hanify Lodge is a restored mid-century cottage designed as a country holiday retreat for guests wishing to unwind in the picturesque west of Ireland. Situated in a quite country area surrounded by mature trees and nature. The design and configuration of the property make this holiday space more suitable for adult guests.

Romantic Hideaway - 1850's Schoolhouse

The Old Schoolhouse was built in 1850, and has been beautifully restored. It's got a long and rich history, dating back to the Irish Famine. My dad went to school here, we lived in it as a family growing up and I wanted to share some of the history of the buildng with visitors. It's been updated with fast (150mb) fiber internet, and it's very cozy and warm. We just added a modern, private workspace outside for remote working - fast internet, private, monitors, great for Zoom calls!

Carraigin Castle

13th Century Lakeside Castle, 6 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 10-12) Surrounded by seven acres of lawns, park and woodland, Carraigin Castle is an idyllic holiday home in a beautiful setting on the shores of Lough Corrib. From the Castle one can enjoy boating and fishing, walking, riding and sightseeing, or just relax by the open hearth and contemplate the simple grandeur of this ancient dwelling, a rare and beautiful example of a fortified, medieval “hall house”.

Bridgies Cottage

Bridgies Cottage is situated in the seaside village of Cave, just 2 miles from Clarinbridge, It is a traditional thatched cottage, which has been renovated inside but still keeping most of the old charm and character. The view is amazing , The cottage can sleep 5 adults and 2 kids. , I will provide home made scones on arrival, and will have the fridge well filled ! I live next door so any queries you may have will be dealt with immedietly.

Dunkellin House-- A Beautiful and Unique Setting

The house over looks the River Dunkellin. It is in a peaceful and tranquil location with views out to The Roxborough Hills. It is very accessible to Connemara, The Burren, the Cliffs of Moher and the west within reach of Galway City in 20 mins. The house is in superb condition with recent refurbishment. Its a unique place with super views. It would suit big groups, couples, business travellers, families with older children, honeymooners.

Curraghmore Cottage is a lovingly restored traditional Irish cottage, nearly 100 years old. Once a Land Commission home, it retains its original charm with stone sheds, gardens, and a timeless atmosphere. Our recently completed cottage is a modern gem located along the Wild Atlantic Way with easy access to Galway City Centre (train/bus/ 25 min drive). We are surrounded by countryside and there is a 600 acre Special Protection Area and a Special Area of Conservation (Rahasane turlough) on our doorstep. We are located 1 hour from Shannon Airport & Ireland West (Knock) Airport and 2 hours from Dublin Airport.
