The outside yard is shared space, yet, we don’t walk in front of your windows and will respect your privacy. There’s a garden & fruit trees to graze in season.

The house, built from old growth redwoods in the 1860s, will take you back in time...to a time when the Caspar Lumber Company was in full swing. Historical photos and stories are provided for those interested in stepping back in time. Caspar is an an inviting community today. Walk to a beach and the very accessible Caspar Headlands.
