Centrally located, the flat is situated in the historic part of town, only moments from the waterfront & Hoe (where legend states Drake played bowls before fighting the Armada); the Barbican, with restaurants, shops, cafes and bars, is a 5 minute walk; Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions are 7 mins walk.

The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.

The cottage is grade 2 listed with flagstone floors and an inglenook fireplace and has been tastefully renovated throughout. It is situated in the village of Turnchapel where there are lovely coastal walks to explore as well as 2 good pubs and a waterside cafe also the perfect spot for the dive school. It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place.
