A lockable shed is available for cycles and there is space for cars and m'bikes to be parked off road. One medium/2 small dogs welcome, contact host. Situated between the North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks and close to the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there is plenty to do and see in the area. Richmond, market town is close by .

No.2 West Layton Manor is part of an Historic Victorian Manor House built in 1872. The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. The property boasts 6 kingsize bedrooms equipped with 6 full ensuite bathrooms. A further 7th bathroom is located on the ground floor. There are 3 large reception rooms, 2 open log fires, and approximately 1/2 an acre of gardens. There is private parking for 8 vehicles.

Recently fully renovated, it provides spacious, comfortable accommodation. Richmond is a historic market town with unique shops, great restaurants, tea rooms and bars. It boasts a magnificent Norman castle on the spectacular Swale river with plenty of walks and sight-seeing, both locally and further afield in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

A large table provides dining /workspace beside the well equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a large sunny bedroom, bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle and a separate WC. Sleeps 2 or 3 with occaional additional guest on couch, Outside is a pretty courtyard with outdoor seating. Onstreet parking . Ideal for dogs .
