The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

It has large windows that offer a great view of the mountains, a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings, a comfortable leather sofa, and a kitchen downstairs. Upstairs, you'll find two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the second one with a bunk bed where the bottom part also fits two people.
