NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. Rustico Bay Beach House is an ocean front charming cottage right on Rustico Bay with a private beach to dig for clams or take long walks in the shallow warm waters. You can sit back, enjoy the incredible views of Brackley Beach, North Rustico fishing harbour and Oyster Bay. We are just a 5 min walk to North Rustico Golf and Tennis Club. Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.
