No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Comfortable sectional with chaise ready for you to put your feet up and unwind. This has a pullout queen size bed for extra sleeping. Game table stocked with supplies. Coffee bar with all of the essentials including a mini fridge and microwave. You can even get your exercise in with using the treadmill.

Clean, comfortable, private guest suite with separate entry perfect for couples, friends or solo adventurists. Our house is located directly across from the Hobart and William Smith athletic fields, a short walk to main campus and Bristol Field House. Perfect for visiting parents!
