It is part of a gated site within the picturesque Cotswold Water Park with many footpaths, cycle tracks & other activities. Bring your own paddle-boards & kayaks (or hire locally from Cotswold Paddleboard Co. who deliver to your door!!) to take advantage of direct access on to Windrush Lake for non-motorised water sports. Or fish on both Windrush and (adjacent) Isis lakes.

The Tallet, Self-Contained Country Annex

The Tallet is perfect for couples, nestled away within the quiet village of Ampney Crucis on the outskirts of Cirencester, a busy little market town at the heart of the Cotswolds. The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

The annex is a charming renovated self-contained studio apartment which provides a cosy & comfortable base to enjoy the surrounding Cotswolds countryside & villages. Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
