Dedicated parking space & private access to a double bedroom (standard 4’6” bed) and en-suite shower room. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed. Due to the close proximity to Twyford station there may be some noise

A lovely indendant apartment at the bottom of our garden secluded by trees . the apartment has a nice outside area with patio table and chairs . Inside there is a large open plan kitchen , dinner, lounge with a sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen with double oven , fridge freezer , dishwhaser , whashing machine microwave , toaster, kettle and much more . theres a large smart tv and wifi , dinning table . bedroom with king size bed and built-in wardrobe . bathroom with walk-in shower .

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

The cabin is accessed through a secure, key coded gate around the side of the main house.

I am very clean and tidy and would appreciate hosting guests who are like minded and will look after my home. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. Very suitable for Royal Ascot (from Earley Station on the Waterloo line), Henley Royal Regatta (from Twyford station) and Reading Festival (both stations above).
