Sleeps 5 in beds & up to 9 on 2 sofas, foldout futon, chairbed. Fast Wi-Fi & streamed TV. TV's in living room & both bedrms. 1 DVD player. Fully stocked kitchen: cookware, micro, drip coffee maker, toaster, etc. Central AC/heat. Clean & comfortable.

Spring house

Clear water springs on coastal river provide family kayaking, snorkeling/swimming, manatee/dolphin watching, fishing, scalloping & exploring. Golfing, restaurants & groceries close. Cosy, waterfront rustic cabin/woodsy setting. Seven Sisters Springs are immediately in front yard: goggle/Youtube. Otters, owls, fish, water birds and other wildlife seen at times from yard. The springs and a good portion of river are clear except around heavy rains. Close to the Homosassa and Crystal rivers.

This one bedroom house offers one queen bed and a pull-out sofa to sleep a total of 4 people. The house offers a private boat ramp, docks, and quick access to the gulf. Includes Wifi, 2TVs, washer/drier, fire pit, grill, coffee maker. Enjoy sunsets, nature walks, and fishing from the docks. Clean, Clean, Clean! EVERYTHING is washed after each guest including sheets, towels, All blankets, bed comforters, and even decorative pillow cases. All handles, knobs, remotes and shower are sanitized.

Nature’s Getaway- 💯 Remodeled Animal Free Property

Relaxing water view retreat. Our River House is located in a nature's paradise, and is an animal free property due to the owner’s and their families severe allergies. We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

Remodeled Water Front Property with beautiful furnishings. There are two bedrooms, two baths, and a large lanai overlooking the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Pet must be approved before check-in.

Across from the well known and often photographed twin roosters on Mason Creek this home is located within private protected nature preserve and wetland management land.
