Mini- fridge, microwave, and pod coffee maker with supplies provided. You are welcome to play basketball or use backyard. No guests are allowed in the pool.

Ideal location on a quiet residential street, but only 500 steps (1/4 mile) from the beach, pier, or bars and restaurants on the south end of the island. 2nd story front and back porches. House on a corner lot. The view offers amazing people watching.
