It sits on 2 floors, has AC & heat throughout, full kitchen with a gorgeous spacious island with seating for 4 at the bar, open to a dining area with a table that seats 4, as well. There is a W/D on site, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 King bedroom, a trundle bed available for the queen bedroom & a sofa that opens out to a queen-sized bed, 2.5 baths.

Fully equipped townhouse available. This unit has laminate floors, fully equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms. There is tons of natural light in the living space and bedrooms. Also, a private work area with a desk and chair. Mins away from University Town Center, WVU stadium, Ruby General, and WVU downtown campus. There is construction nearby the townhomes but you can’t hear any noise. There is a construction trailer in front of unit but the entrance is now all paved
