The Granary forms one side of a courtyard and we live in the farmhouse on another side.

One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop & The Farmer's Dog, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

The Stables, Puddleduck - a countryside escape

Located just off The Green on Puddleduck footpath and surrounded by open countryside, The Stables is a contemporary conversion of the original Manor House stables. Accommodation includes 1 double bedroom and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with a double bed providing for up to four guests. Evenley has an artisan coffee shop, pub and farm shop and makes the perfect base for visiting Silverstone, Oxford, Bicester and the Cotswolds.

The Chalet provides comfortable and cosy accommodation for 2 people, perfect for a relaxing rural getaway and remote working alike. Part of a recently renovated stable block, the accommodation is of high standard, lies on a direct bus route and is only 4 miles from Oxford city centre.

The Byre is a newly refurbished period barn conversion located in a delightful position on the outskirts of Bicester. It offers a very high standard of accommodation, 20 minutes from the world famous university town of Oxford and only 5 minutes from Bicester Village. Bicester is surrounded by picturesque Oxfordshire countryside, close to the Cotswolds and the Chilterns.

This lovely self-contained annexe makes a cosy home-from-home for the business traveller, or a great place for a weekend escape. We are well placed for businesses in Daventry, Banbury and Brackley, as well as all the attractions of Silverstone, Oxford, Bicester Village and Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon.
