It is perfect for guests seeking a comfortable and private base to enjoy and explore the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands, Peak District & Alton Towers. There are 3 local country pubs serving food (walking distance) Fishing pool & recreation ground.

This is a newly refurbished space, with a large window and blind which makes it very light and bright but with privacy. There is a double bed with storage drawers under, a walk in storage area with hanging rail, wall mounted TV and wall mounted drop down table and foldaway chairs which make a useful eating/ work space. It has a well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, White Company linen, underfloor heating with independent controls, it's own combi-bolier for hot water, tv and wi-fi. It is on the edge of the Peak District with many local attractions, such as Chatsworth and Hardwick Hall.

Views across Wirral farmland. 100m to River Dee. 15 minute walk to picturesque Parkgate. 5 miles (10 mins drive) for guests travelling to Clatterbridge Hospital. 4 miles (10 mins) drive to Leahurst Equine Hospital. Quiet, semi rural location. Bars & restaurants Heswall (5 mins taxi). Access to Liverpool, Chester & North Wales. Heswall Golf Club - 2 mins away, Royal Liverpool 5 miles.

Self contained annexe in my private garden with ensuite bathroom. Own entrance via side gate. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee and also microwave, toaster and crockery/cutlery/glasses. Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.

This is the perfect place for up to 4 people to relax and unwind. The introduction of a hot tub really makes the annexe the perfect location to celebrate a special occasion. Outdoors the annexe overlooks large gardens. Indoors the annexe is open plan. If you're looking for something a little different the room also has a pool table! You’ll also find ample free parking. Please note the hot tub is an additional charge of £50 per night.

Sleepers - cosy retreat to relax or for adventure.

Based in Marsden, Sleepers, is our one bedroom self catering guest suite for two adult guests. Within the Colne Valley, overlooking the Huddersfield Narrow Canal, it is a perfect location for a relaxing break, with local pubs, shops and cafes a gentle stroll along the towpath. A perfect base for longer walks, cycling and even a wild swimming reservoir within view of the front door.
