Welcome to our beautiful house in Chester-le-Street, which is recently refurbished with a brand new bathroom suite and decorated to a high standard, - we have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The large kitchen has all the amenties you'll need including a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also a dish washer and a washing machine. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and fast internet access in an open plan lounge diner, which also boasts a wood burning stove for those cosy nights around a real fire. This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. All 3 bedrooms have a double bed with plenty of storage space for clothing. There is 1 bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. There is ample parking for several vehicles on the private driveway, with free on street parking also available. The property boasts digital keyless entry to both front door and also bedroom doors (if required). For added security there is a ring doorbell and external CCTV covering the external of the property. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. Situated very close to the town centre and only minutes from the A1(M) the property is ideally located for visiting nearby attractions such as Beamish Museum, the Emirates Durham Cricket Ground, Angel of the North and with transport links (bus/train) running to both Durham and Newcastle city centre. The beautiful North East coast line is only a 20 minute drive away. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is free parking available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property (ground floor area only) - To prevent potential damage, pets must be crated overnight & must not be left unattended at the property. In the unfortunate event of damage to the property, an invoice will be payable after checkout.

Located just 7 miles from Newcastle and 7 miles from Durham we are very central with good road and public transport links.

Ouston Oasis is a comfortable and peaceful one bedroom apartment only 5 minutes drive from Beamish Hall and Museum. It is situated in the quiet village of Ouston, 5 minutes from the A1 and only 10 minutes from Gateshead and Newcastle with both bus and train links nearby. It is a self contained flat with all home comforts (washing machine, fridge, fitted kitchen, 55in TV & Wifi), with extra sleeping availability in a sumptuous pull out bed in the living room, for two extra guests (4 in total).

Lounge has two comfortable sofas,(one converts into a double bed). Sky TV, DVD player and fibre optic broadband. Two first floor bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin with full size bunk beds). Each room has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Modern bathroom has a shower over a full size bath. Gas central heating throughout. Bedding/towels included.

Stunning & spacious 1 bed apartment, Features Air Con and a full, modern kitchen & bathroom, and 75 inch TV. Just 2 mins from the A19 motorway, so an ideal location for anyone visiting the North East for work or pleasure! This is a quiet residential location, therefore not suitable for stag/hens or similar types of bookings. Access is via a set of stairs so not suitable for anyone who requires level access. This charming barn conversion with a lovely combination of stone and brickwork, has recently been fully refurbished. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in the picturesque village of Lamesley Pastures, situated on the outskirts of the city of Newcastle. The best of both worlds with ease of access to stunning countryside and only a mile from the A1. Sleeping four this luxurious barn is an excellent choice for as a peaceful retreat.
