The property is a Listed Georgian (1825) terraced house and has recently been renovated by Erickson Mann A five minutes walk from the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre and the same from the City of Chichester with it's Cathedral, restaurants and shops . There is also easy access by car bus or bike to the Downs including Goodwood as well as the coast at West Wittering and Bracklesham Bay . You can lie ,sit or eat in the sun the house has a south facing garden which is a sun trap .

End of Terrace two bed house that situated right by Chichester canal. The house is 10-15 minutes walk to Chichester centre where you can visit shops, restaurants and Chichester Cathedral. Chichester canal is a stone throw away and Goodwood and West Wittering beach is only 15 minutes drive . The house is modern yet traditionally decorated through out. Cosy, comfy and fully equipped with little bit of extra luxury features such as under floor heating, wood burner and water softener.

The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
