The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

Self contained annexe 10 minutes from Goodwood, Chichester centre & theatre. Close to beaches at Wittering & sailing in the harbour. Annexe has kitchen, shower room ensuite, TV, WiFi, dishwasher, fridge freezer washerdryer, hairdryer, ironing board & tennis court. Breakfast included. We welcome pets by prior arrangement.

Entire self contained barn in Oving near Goodwood

The Cart House dates back to the 18th century and is set within our grounds in the hamlet of Colworth, near Oving. The conversion was completed in July 2021 and is renovated to a very high standard offering the perfect couples getaway in the countryside. The luxury annexe is situated a short drive away from Goodwood, The South Downs, Chichester and The Witterings and is walking distance to the pretty village of Oving - sadly as of March 2025, the local pub is closed due to a fire.
