Located within a short walk of Chico's One-Mile park and swimming hole, and just one mile from downtown and the university. Very fast WiFi. Private back patio with a small gas grill. Excellent air conditioning and heating, fully appointed kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. It comfortably fits two people but can accommodate one more with a portable twin bed or a queen-sized air mattress, provided upon request

Private & very spacious, with it's own fenced yard. You'll feel tucked away, but it's a quick 5 min drive to downtown. There is a full kitchen, with all the basics and coffee, a living room to relax in, and a full sized bedroom with a queen bed. No TV. A/C, heat, bathroom with shower. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for several days or more. It's a duplex connected to the main house, The entrance is on a different side, so it feels totally separate. You MUST have GREAT reviews to rent it.

Upgraded this year (2026): New fridge/freezer, gas stove, and Delta Heat grill! The perfect set up for a peaceful, relaxing vacation or your temporary home away from home when working out-of-town. Ideally located, the cottage is 1 mile from downtown, 6 blocks from Enloe Hospital, and a 10 minute walk to Chico State. There is parking, fast internet, cable, queen size bed, hot tub, pool, bbq, corn hole game, breakfast fixings and snacks, spacious deck, fire pit table and outdoor waterfall.

This 366 sq. ft. abode is anything but normal. Small & tastefully designed to meet all of your traveling needs. Comfy and cozy with dishwasher/refrigerator/gas range/ queen bed/bathtub/shower/satellite tv/wifi/patio/ 9 blocks from downtown. Please note: There is a washer & dryer available for use only between the hours of 11:00 am & 8:00pm. The washer/dryer are located on a shared wall with other guests so the hours of use are strict as to not bother other guests who may be sleeping.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .
