You must be a dog lovers and aware of puppy behaviour. The home owner is a mini Dachshund called Totó, born on 17/06/2026. I'm renting the small spare bedroom. The unit is cosy and relaxing. I keep everything very clean and welcoming. Kitchen, toilet and bathroom are shared. We are in a very quiet, and safe area. You will be only 15 min walking to the beach, 2 min to the bus stop and 10 minutes walking to the shops. Please note: Visitors are not allowed. No vaping or smoking, even outside.

This villa is very central being close to Curtin University and the South Perth Hospital. There are lots of hidden treasures down my street including an art-decor cinema, tapas bar, gelato ice-cream bar, jetty into the Swan River, bakery and many restaurants. Easy freeway access. Carport and free on-street parking (no time limits).
