This house is half a mile from UGA campus and downtown strip. It is .9 miles to Sanford stadium. It's an easy walk to either if thats your thing. This house has 100 year old charm and will be great for a visit to Athens. There is a king size and double bed with space for a blow up matress. There is plenty of off street parking in the back of the house. The back porch has a kitchen area with a refrigerator, grill, TV, couch, fire pit, and hot tub for your use.
