Family owned & operated on 23 acres with quick access to Interstate 40. This one level newly remodeled home is located in the heart of Clemmons, NC. Located in between Interstate 40 and Hwy 421 off Lewisville Clemmons Road. 15 minutes to BB&T Soccer Park, Tanglewood, WinMock and downtown Winston Salem. This house is a great place to stay when visiting either Wake Forest Baptist Hospital or Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. It is one level and wheelchair accessible. It is a pet and smoke free house in a quiet neighborhood.

Sleepy Bee Cottage, simple charms, near WFU

It feels like the countryside within city limits on shared property with owners home. The cottage has views of the acre+ woodland behind and a garden in front. Beyond the property there is a Duke Power easement and a ravine. There is ample, well-lit parking and a fenced dog yard. There is a small seating area out front under the shade of a dogwood tree. Smoking is NOT allowed on the property. Additional fees will be charged for violation of this rule.
