Family home with sea views and free off-street parking for 2 vehicles within walking distance of Blackpool town centre. There is tram stop less than 2 minutes walk away which takes about 5 minutes to the town centre (Tower & Winter Gardens). The house is a good size with three king size bedrooms and one single bedroom. There are sea views from the master bedroom and the promenade is less than a minute walk away.

Set in a quiet, leafy residential area, my place is 10-15 minutes walking distance to a large selection of restaurants and dining, shops and the beach. The tram stop for Blackpool/Fleetwood is 5 minutes walk. It's good for couples, singles, and business travellers. This first floor flat has its own private entrance. It is separated from the rest of the house by a locked door.

The beach is less than a 7 minute walk away and the tram stop to Blackpool & Fleetwood is 5minutes away. There is a big Aldi 2minutes away. The house is pet friendly and has a secure garden for dogs.
