El apartamento Sebastianus se encuentra en Unterinn Ritten, a 15 minutos en coche (11 km) de Bolzano. Cuenta con un interior recién renovado y espectaculares vistas a los Alpes. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
