Our primitive campsites, seated on 40 acres bordering the Pike National Forest, provide a private, serene setting for an unforgettable experience. Campers have access to our "Common Area Kitchen " complete with a propane grill, griddle, pizza oven, and 2-burner stove. Paper products and cooking equipment are available. Campers have access to wireless internet & outdoor porta-potty. Sleep under a million stars in the beauty of Caleb's Mountain Ranch. (Tents and camping gear are not included)

Located less than a mile from public access to the Gunnison River, and to to hunting Units 54 and 55. 1.5 hr to Black Canyon Nat'l Park as well! Soak in the hot tub or give Sassy (the horse) a head scratch. Cots available for additional guests.

Our ranch is an 100+ year old homestead and maker-space that we are slowly rehabilitating using permaculture practices and lots of creative love. The tent is furnished with a wood burning stove, table and chairs, and a queen bed, with plenty of room for 2 other sleeping bags. Outside waiting for you is a picnic table, a fire pit, and a stack of cut wood. Bristlecone Camp is centrally located on the ranch, in a secluded wood of bristlecone pines and aspens with a beautiful panorama and inspiring 360’ view.

These tents are cleverly designed with cozy fireplaces, a queen bed and some comforts from home.
