Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Bayview at Pine Point is located approximately 15 miles to the local four universities in Potsdam and Canton (Clarkson, St. Lawrence, SUNY Potsdam, SUNY Canton), which makes it a great place for visiting families to spend time together! Not to mention all the great outdoor activities offered locally, such as hiking, kayaking, cross country skiing, leaf peeping, etc! The Cottage at Pine Point is located directly next door and can also be rented at the same time for additional space!
