This upstairs unit offers 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a washer and dryer. There is also a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, and cooktop. Outside you will find one dedicated parking space as well as street parking and a shared patio area with a fire pit.

It has a full size bed with memory foam mattress. A full kitchen for those who would rather cook there own meals. A stocked coffee and wine bar. And a firepit sitting area just steps from the front door. There is also a full bathroom with a large ceramic tile shower with a bench seat.

This cozy backyard cottage is just minutes away from the Augusta National golf, I-20, and other area attractions. The main room is 18x13 with a snug yet functional bathroom (Think RV sized) and a huge walk in closet. Celebrate outdoor living with the deck, and comfortable outdoor chairs providing the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the weather. It is a 39' Toy Hauler. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed. A rear living space has 2 queen ish beds, the bottom of which folds into a couch as well. There is room for an additional air mattress as well. A larger bathroom with full size shower. A large kitchen with tons of storage. You can stay at our facility or reserve a camp site.
