An easy 10 minutes from the town of Golden, our completely unique, elegant, extremely romantic, custom built, all season yurt and modern shower house Note: There is a new build happening on the rural property beside us for summer 2026. During the hours of 8am-5pm Mon-Friday there could be some noise. We reduced our prices to reflect that and promise to take great care of you!:)

Relax and luxuriate on your on your own private estate overlooking Shuswap lake. You will stay in a lovingly rebuilt hand hewn post and beam home away from home. The grounds are spectacular and feature 2 firepits (one wood and one gas), an outdoor eating area and of course, a hot tub. The lake and a boutique winery are a few minutes drive and the restaurants and activities of Salmon Arm are only a short drive. Relax and enjoy the view and amazing quiet. We try to offer the truest Canadian experience! 1. Remote: a 22km long lake, 97.5% of it is pure wilderness. 2. Unique: We are the only rental accommodation on the lake. 3. We do live in bear country. 4. Fishing is fantastic! 5. It snows +/- 30 feet of snow in the winter. The only regret you might have... Not booking enough days!

The property has a private sandy beach on the Shushwap River, just steps away from your private patio and hot tub. Breakfast service is available for an additional $25/person per day.
