Our home is just minutes from Dillon state park and campground, Lazy acres campground and Black Hand Gorge Nature preserve. Located between Newark and Zanesville.

In the heart of beautiful Amish country we are just minutes away from popular attractions. The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. The kitchen includes appliances and cookware, with the outdoor area offering a propane grill. Complimentary firewood is provided for the firepit.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. River Rest is located right on the Walhonding river just outside of Coshocton. Relax in this romantic getaway, soak in the hot tub and enjoy nature, or walk across the driveway and put a kayak in and travel the whole way down to the Ohio River. Enjoy many wineries in the area, or explore the historic Roscoe village in Coshocton. In the evening, relax with an outdoor fire or cozy up inside and enjoy the gas fireplaces

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. The space is spacious, yet cozy! After remodeling the theater into an apartment, our family called this loft home for over 3 years. It was a special home where our first child took her first steps. Now, we are excited to share our space with you!

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE to stay in one of the most iconic buildings in Historic Roscoe Village! The 1860's canal era building has a long history, originally constructed as a hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the main floor was a pharmacy and dry goods store. You will now find a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The apartment has Direct TV as well as high speed internet.
