This home is known for its stunning views from the expansive deck and with amazing wildlife viewing. The home is near San Juan County Park for beach access and the iconic Lime Kiln Light House. The owner’s home is located next door, yet separated by two garage structures, leaving a feeling of seclusion.

Surrounded by nature in a peaceful residential community less than 30 minutes to downtown Victoria, with the conveniences of charming Sidney just 10 minutes away. For travelers or mainland commuters, Victoria International Airport and the Swartz Bay ferry terminal are just moments away. We are located in beautiful Cordova Bay. The area is a favorite to locals and tourists. Cordova Bay has an expansive beach. We are a short 1 min walk to beach access and the Beach House Restaurant - closed, Mattick's Farm is a 1 km walk away. Mt Douglas trails and park is a short drive away. The guest suite is on the second floor of our house. It is spacious, fully equipped and has two private entries. There are beautiful views of the ocean, Mt Douglas, San Juan Islands and Mt Baker.

You will find all of the amenities inside of the property to be of the absolute best quality from the luxurious mattress to the top kitchen appliances available, finishing with the most comfortable tub that you will ever use.

Welcome to our spacious 2-bedrooms in a quiet area with short drive to DT Victoria and 15 min drive to Butchart Gardens. It has its own private entrance, large private covered patio and parking next to the building. It has two queen size beds and large sofa to enjoy your movie time. Located within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants! 10min stroll gets you to gorgeous Elk Lake Park, 5min walk to Commonwealth leisure Center and 7min drive to Cordova beach.
