Cosy Purbeck Cottage on the Jurassic Coast

We fully renovated this cosy, two bedroom cottage to create a warm, welcoming space where the only sounds you’ll hear are the tweeting of birds and crackle of the newly fitted wood burning stove. The cottage has a king, a twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge so is flexible with accommodating various set ups. The location is just about as good as it gets. It’s a 10 min walk along the stunning River Frome into Wareham and a stone’s throw from all major tourist attractions on the Purbecks.

Rempstone Shepherd’s Huts. Isle of Purbeck. Conker

'Conker hut' is a handcrafted, rurally positioned hut set on the grounds of a country Manor, which is located in the heart of the Isle of Purbeck, with Poole Harbour situated 2 miles to the North, the Jurassic coast 3 miles to the south and the historic site of Corfe Castle 2 miles to the west. The hut is cosy, well equipped and perfectly suited for a rural retreat, however please don't forget, you are staying in a Shepherds hut and not a luxury apartment therefore there is no WIFI nor TV.

“Rex the Bus” Quirky and fun bus conversion.

"Rex the Bus" is unique, fun and just a little bit quirky. This double decker bus has been converted to the highest standard and connected to mains electricity, water and drainage. Enjoy panoramic views of the countryside from the windows, watch the sunrise from your double bed or cabin bunk bed. Heating and a wood-burner will keep you warm and snug, whilst the kitchen area provides plenty of space to cook up a delicious meal. There is a shower downstairs and a loo and basin upstairs.

Stunning wooden lodge in Purbeck Countryside

A perfect escape from the crowds. This newly built cabin nestles in the Purbeck countryside in the grounds of a Victorian cottage. Sit on your secluded decking and watch the steam trains roll by whilst enjoying relaxing drinks and a bbq. On colder days huddle up on the sofa in front of the logburner or wrap up for some glorious local walks. The historic villages of Corfe Castle, Worth Matravers and Kingston are within walking distance of around 30/45 minutes, with lovely pubs at the end!

The Shepherds Hut, Corfe Castle

Situated in the countryside between Corfe and Swanage and close to the beaches and many attractions of the Jurassic Coastline. This traditional Shepherds Hut sleeps two in a King bed but you could accommodate up to a further three guests by pitching your own tent alongside it. Private setting with it’s own gated and fenced area with room to park off the road. Exclusive use of hot open air shower, kitchen hut and toilet situated in a separate hut next door. Sorry dogs are not permitted.

You’ll find all you need and more tucked away in this lovely cottage. Whether you’ve come for a beach break or family adventure in Dorset there is a lot to discover nearby. Studland bay is a 10 min drive away and there are a host of walks in the area. Corfe village boasts many pubs, village shops and the historic castle ruin.

Sleeping areas are open plan but have thick curtains that can be drawn to create a private and cosy space. The Mousehole - 1 bed in Corfe Castle

Situated a five minute walk from the centre of beautiful Corfe Castle, the Mousehole is a newly converted and fitted out annexe to our home. It is light and bright, yet peaceful. Completely self contained and surrounded by glorious countryside, you can explore from the doorstep. We have four pubs within a short walk, and a fabulous village shop / Post Office. Beaches are within a short drive or bus ride and the Swanage Railway steam trains stop in the village.
