Walk to Galleries From an Artful Studio in a Boho Area

This is a self contained private room, with your own kitchenette and bathroom in a very handy location, minutes walk to the city, shops, restaurants and transport. You will be in Chippendale, there is plenty of good cafes, funky restaurants, bars and art galleries around, including the world famous White Rabbit Gallery. The house is a 7 minute walk to Redfern Station or 10 minutes to Central train Station, 20-50 min walk to the city, and is very close to Broadway Shopping Centre and Central Park where you can do your shopping. It is only a 20 minute walk to the buzzing Newtown, Surry Hills and Darling Harbour with all of their restaurants and pubs . Also at walking distance is Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA), Sydney University (USYD), University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and Carriageworks. It is very easy to get to all Sydney's major attractions from here - you are one easy 15 min bus ride or train ride away from the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. It takes minutes to drive to Bondi and many other beaches as well as National Parks. From the airport it is only a 20 minute drive, or a short train ride. This place has everything you need to have a lovely and comfortable stay: - wi-fi Internet; - 39-inch Smart TV, so that you can log into your Netflix, Stan and others apps to watch your favourite movies and videos; - kitchenette with all appliances, including fridge, 2 burner cooktop, and a oven/microwave; - a washer/dryer and iron; - queen size bed with super comfy memory foam mattress; - all bed linen and towels are provided. We are looking for someone who will appreciate this place and and take good care of it. Please note: -There is no lift in the house and the room is on level 1, so you will need to climb stairs. If you wish to stay for a shorter or longer period of time send me a message and we can work something out. Entire room, with private kitchenette and bathroom. I give my guests space, but I am always available for questions and can run over should they need anything. The studio is in Chippendale—one of the coolest, most underground, creative, and funky suburbs in town with cafes, art galleries, and award-winning restaurants. It's a sustainable community with verge gardens of fruit, vegetables, and herbs to share. It is super easy to get around by bike, or simply by foot (note it is a 20-50 minute walk into the city depending on where you are going). There are 2 train stations walking distance from the house, Central Station (+or- 11 min walk) or Redfern Station (+or- 7 min walk), There are also buses all around. Street Parking is available, it is paid and time restricted to 1-2 hours during the day. At night it is free and unlimited. There are some free all day parking a short walk away. To get to the house from the Airport the 2 easiest options are: Train - AU$17 per person. It comes every 5 to 10 minutes and it takes about 10-15 minutes into Redfern or Central, then you have to walk for about 10 minutes to the apartment. Taxi - the easiest option and most cost effective if there is more than 1 of you. It costs between $25-$40 and it takes about 20 minutes (allow a little more time to get into and from the International Airport).

Stroll around Victoria Park from a Stylish Loft

This split-level modest but cozy studio has been renovated, making excellent use of the space with high ceilings and nice modern layout. Choice of queen bed (upstairs) or sofa bed (downstairs). There is narrow spiral staircases to access upstairs. Our privately owned apartment is located in a large twin building complex (apartment, students, hotel, mall) and is perfectly located next to a bus stop (every 3min). 10-15min walk to Central st and Paddy's M, 20min walk to Darling Harbor. It's secured building with security on site. **Upgraded washer, a newer sofa, kitchenette, cabinet, & TV.** This large building complex is perfectly located. It is a nice little unit which has been renovated and where we felt at home for a couple of years. There is unlimited fast internet included (max 2 devices). It is a newly renovated and clean studio where you will have your own bathroom with unlimited hot water usage and a brand new rain shower unit, a heater and aircon in summer. The bed upstairs is a comfortable queen size memory foam + spring to ensure a comfortable sleep. There is also a sofa bed downstairs. We provide towels: - bed linens - shower gel & shampoo - hairdryer - cotton buds & cotton pads - coffee & tea There is a kitchenette in the room (sink, microwave and fridge). (It is possible to use the stove and fire in the communal kitchen but as it is NOT maintained by us. We have pans and pots in the flat that you can use) You will also find communal laundry room and ironing room at the end of the corridor (card operated). You will have the entire loft studio with bathroom to yourself during your stay. Lucie or Fumi try to always be available to answer any question you could have before or during your stay. During check-in we can either place the key in a lock pad for more flexibility or meet in person at a specific time and location. This loft studio is next to Broadway Sydney shopping centre that has a cinema. It’s across the street from Victoria Park, and within walking distance of Sydney University, Darling Harbour, and Central Station. A bus goes to the city every minute. It is just so easy to go around from the apartment . There is a bus stop right next to the building that will take you pretty much anywhere. There are also lots of taxis?Uber available. You can walk to Central, Glebe or even Newtown and Darling Harbour if you like to walk (15-20 min). If you have a car, there are spots where you can park 1-2h for free and all day car park in the evening and on the weekend. You will get a key card to enter the apartment, if you lose or break the card the replacement fee is $50. There is a small kitchen space with microwave in the room and also large communal kitchen area in the same floor when you require oven or larger cooking facilities. All cooking equipment are provided in the flat.

Napoleon Suite - Buxton House

Redfern Street runs eastward from the Redfern railway station and 500m down the road The Buxton House is one of six brick Victorian Terrace houses of two stories. The house is zoned under conservation heritage and if only walls could talk this house would no doubt have some notorious under belly stories to tell. We founded this house neglected, run down and decrepit but saw beauty within its colonial Architraves, Kauri Pine and Red cedar stair case, Sandstone window sills and natural Victorian Charm which led us to our restoration to its former colonial glory. Redfern over the past couple years has seen a revival and is now starting to establish itself with some world class bars and restaurants. Upon arrival we have put together a welcome book containing our favourite recommendations all tested personally first hand. Your Suite has its own bedroom kitchen and bathroom eating area completely yours and in the best location in the house. Common hallways are shared along with the laundry and back bbq area. Buxton House was designed to be personal however incorporate zero human interaction at check in and out to ensure efficiency and privacy with our state of the art security system which is key less and careless. We will give you the information to access upon booking. However if you do require any assistance or just want to chat about the area and place we would be more than delighted to make your acquaintance. Discover Sydney's Redfern neighbourhood with its world-class bars and dining, and eclectic mix of friendly and fascinating characters. Be sure to check out the Buxton House's welcome book containing personally tested favourites and recommendations. uxton House is 500m from Redfern station or around the same distance to Central station. Cleveland street has bus's that take you all over sydney. Redfern station is the hub of all lines and all trains stop here. The eastern suburbs line will take you to bondi junction, which makes getting to the beach super easy. 8ks to the beach All Linen is of Hotel Quality. 100 percent cotton towels and hand towels and Bed Linens is at a high Thread count. On arrival please read the welcome book which contains important information and recommendations that have been tried and tested. PARKING - generally pretty good for an inner city suburb. 1-2hr parking on Redfern street and 4hr parking limit on Chalmers street with no machines. If you drive to the back streets you will be able to find all day parking. Strictly NO Smoking in all Suites or balcony. A strict cleaning fine will be asked for if guests smoke inside rooms. However if you would like to smoke please feel free to smoke out the back in BBQ common area or out the front of the house.

Central station is a short walk from the apartment. There are also buses accessible from Crown St and Oxford St that will take you into the city or away to the beaches. Supermarkets within a 2 min walk from the apartment: Aldi is in the Oxford Village shopping centre; IGA is located on Oxford St; Woolworths is slightly further away, located on Bourke St; About Life is a largely organic supermarket on Crown St.

We live overseas, but have appointed our concierge to look after your requirements during your stay. Set in Potts Point/ Elizabeth Bay , this apartment is steps away from fab boutiques, great restaurants, the best coffee and cool bars. Well serviced by public transportation and an easy walk from the Opera House, Botanic Gardens as well as Elizabeth and Rushcutter’s Bay. Great running and kids parks are nearby. You'll have one parking spaces to use in the secure garage beneath the apartment building. The car parking space is smallish and suited to a small or mid size car. Ask the parking garage is quite tight which makes a large car difficult to park.
