My place is within 5 minutes walking distance of Ballina town. Its a cosy, newly refurbished house with all mod cons and perfect for famillies / fishermen / couples / business travel. Recognized as the salmon capital of Ireland Ballina hosts the annual Salmon Festival each July. The long sandy beach of Enniscrone is about 8km down the road and has more children’s facilities plus a great golf links course. Knock airport is a 40 minute drive away.

It is a ten minute drive to Croagh Patrick and Bertra beach. All the town amenities are within walking distance. Bike hire and greenway access is one minute away.
