The place is located in a historic mansion build by A Saxon family at the beginning of the 20th century. Keeping original elements of the house, like the fireplace and not only, the flat is also equipped with everything needed to make your stay easy and pleasant + popcorn machine and free popcorn.

Uită de grijile tale în această locuință spațioasă și liniștită. Brasovul va asteapta sa-l (re)descoperiti ! Unitate de cazare primenita,aranjata,dezinfectata si numai buna de petrecut timp de calitate .Dotata cu toate cele necesare,de la wi fi,tv-uri smart pana la masina de spalat vase,cafetiera,sandwich maker sau toaster ,nu aveti nevoie decat de putin timp liber pentru a va bucura de avantajele naturii. Nu sunt acceptate animale,iar fumatul este permis doar pe terasa.

Balcescu Residence in Old City Center Brasov

A very warm and welcoming apartment, located in the heart of the old historic city center of Brasov. It is located on street Nicolae Balcescu, 20m away from the bus station, across the street from a very good mini-market and a fresh fruit & vegetable store, near the artisanal bakery and farmacy. The Main Square and Black Church are in a 2 minutes walk, the same as Republicii street - the main pedestrian street full with nice restaurants, coffee shops, terraces.
