The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Punkins Place

Punkin's Place is newly renovated with modern conveniences, but keeps the feel of family history. It sits on a one-acre lot with beautiful shade trees. We offer a fenced in sitting area in the back with a fire pit for relaxing. We are just a block off the square and its restaurants, shops, and putt-putt golf. It is two miles to Crater of Diamonds State Park, six miles to beautiful Lake Greeson and SWAHA Marina, one mile to KA-DO-HA Indian burial mounds and the Little Missouri River.

Enjoy a peaceful, secluded Cabin In The Woods experience on the South Fork of the Caddo River. This 80+ acre property is yours to explore with no other homes or cabins anywhere on the property. Lakeside cabin on beautiful Lake Greeson! If you want to get away from the city, this cabin is the perfect place for you to unwind. Enjoy the sunrise or sunset while relaxing in the hot tub. We have a marina store with boat rental, water toys to rent or purchase. Paddle boards, Tubes, knee board, skis, wake board, and etc. I recommend to all the guest before arriving to bring your food and beverage. We are in the woods.
