Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. While you are enjoying the shaded area under the house your children or pets can play in the fenced in yard with playground set. Car access to the beach just down the street.
