The Mil

Come relax at a home away from home in our quaint mother-in-law suite. (The Mil) The space accommodates 2 comfortably. There is a kitchen space equipped with hot plate, microwave and toaster oven where you can air fry, grill, bake, etc. There is a mini fridge available for use and all the basics to cook a meal. A bedroom area with queen bed and full bathroom. Living room can second as additional sleeping area. Sitting outside on the patio you have a great view of the Spanish peak mountains.

Updated, sunny, two bedroom house in beautiful La Veta, Colorado. You are a short two block walk from local shops like Charlies Market, and a 15 minute drive to the town of Cuchara. Large open kitchen and living are with dining table and Roku TV. Master bedroom with King bed, love seat, dresser, closet, smart tv. Master bath with tub. Bedroom two has a full bed with an optional pull out twin trundle. Bathroom two can be accessed by second bedroom or main living space and has a shower.

Little Bohemian Gnome Home (garage apartment)

Take it easy and rest between hikes at our 9,000’ elevation 1/1 garage apartment in Cuchara. Perhaps your group is staying in our 3/2 on the same property, & you prefer a private getaway that’s not too far away. Check out our cozy little guest apartment with basic amenities such as a hot shower, filtered drinking water, a small kitchenette, dishes, TV, computer monitor, & wifi. Nothing too fancy, but in a safe, beautiful location just off Hwy 12 in Cuchara. A step up from “glamping.”

Located on the bank of the Cucharas River, the River's Bend ideal mountain retreat is geared for a family vacation, or personal restorative get away. This two beadroom, 3 bath cabin can accomadate up to six guests in the main cabin with use of the luxury cots in the spacious sunroom. With special arrangements, the detatched Sleeping Hut outfitted with queen bed and sleeping loft offers additional beds and the best sleep you will ever experience!

The Hummingbird Hangout at Stonewall
