Private and located in the quaint community of Waterlily just 30 minutes from OBX and the Virginia line.

The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.
